We are excited to announce an extension of the ministry of MCCH to the materially poor community surrounding the orphanage. It is called "Hands of Hope." Ruth and her staff have a group of people come each Tuesday to MCCH for Bible Study and to make crafts: jewelry, angel ornaments, soapstone figurines, nativity sets, etc.
These items are now available for purchase at the Frazer UMC Bookstore in Montgomery, Alabama. Proceeds will go to these families and allow them to pay school fees for their children so that they can attend school. We call it "purchasing with a purpose," and it will greatly bless these families!
