Our mission team returned from Kenya on August 14, with major jet-lag and major heart change! We all agreed our lives will never be the same. How can we ever thank you enough for praying for us on our trip. We did not have ANY travel problems and God richly blessed our time there. One particular blessing was that 7 of Mescal's Kids prayed to receive Christ as their Lord and Savior.
Ruth is happier than I have ever seen her, loving and pouring into the precious children of Mescal's Children's Center of Hope on a daily basis. The staff of MCCH, likewise, are amazing women of God, teaching and loving these children. And, Mescal's Kids . . . . . . WOW! . . . how happy and joyful they are! They sing, quote Bible verses, and pray with a maturity way beyond their years.
We will share more on later posts, but just know that God protected us, guided us, used us, and changed us forever FOR HIS GLORY!
